PROVIDENCE, R.I. (AP) – Providence police say they’re looking for two suspects after a man was shot in the arm at an apartment complex.
The victim told police his dog woke him up Monday night and he discovered two men standing in the hallway outside his apartment in the Silver Lake section of the city. The man said someone opened fire at him and the suspects ran away just before midnight.
Police have not identified the victim. They say he’s being treated at Rhode Island Hospital for injuries that aren’t life-threatening.
Authorities haven’t released descriptions of the suspects.
