The search warrants for Aaron Hernandez's North Attleboro home will be released Tuesday at 2 p.m. barring any further legal action.
Judge Daniel O'Shea ruled Monday that the warrants could be made public, despite opposition from Hernadez's attorneys and the Bristol County District Attorney.
The search warrants from Hernandez's Franklin apartment have already been made public.
Hernandez, a former New England Patriots player, has been charged with the murder of Odin Lloyd, a 27-year-old semi-professional football player who was found shot dead near Hernandez's home last month.
Two other men are also involved in the case. Ernest Wallace has been charged with accessory to murder, after the fact, and was ordered held without bail Monday at Attleboro District Court. A third man, Carlos Ortiz, will appear in court for a dangerousness hearing Tuesday.
