A Central Falls man who police say exposed himself to teenage girls in a Target parking lot is charged with three counts of open and gross lewdness.
Seekonk Police said the three teenagers reported becoming worried when they sensed the man was watching them inside the Target store on Commerce Way, then saw him exposing himself near their car when they were leaving. Police said the man ran away after the girls screamed at him that they would call the police.
Seekonk Police Captain Frank John said the incident happened in March, but they were able to find the suspect, 39 year old Eduardo Ramos Villagran, thanks to a tip from East Providence Police. John said that when Villagran was arrested, he had a Target receipt from the night of the incident in his pocket.
“He was shown the surveillance pictures of himself walking around the night that this happened, and did confirm that that was him walking around,” Frank said.
Seekonk Police said that out of concern for the public that this may not be an isolated incident, they urge people to contact them at 508-336-8123 if they have any other information.
