
The Rhode Island State Police today made public the results of its investigation into 38 Studios, exclusive of any information that was part of the grand jury investigation.
This material has been posted directly to the Rhode Island State Police website “to provide timely and efficient access to the public and to members of the media,” according to a statement from the Rhode Island State Police.
State law exempts the release of certain personal information that could reasonably be expected to be an unwarranted invasion of personal privacy or could disclose information furnished on a confidential basis.
There are remaining records that cannot be released because they were part of the grand jury investigation. These records are protected by state law, which prohibits their disclosure.
