A video lampooning the exploits of Providence State Senator Frank Ciccone has surfaced prior to the September 13th primary.
The video, uploaded to an account on YouTube called “Nomore Donuts” highlights Ciccone’s controversial “pine tree” legislation, his arrests in the 1980’s, and an incident in Barrington where he tried to intervene in an arrest of a fellow state Senator. No one has claimed responsibility for creating this video as of yet.
