Woonsocket Police say they arrested two men last week for buying and selling cocaine, after investigators staked out on of the suspect’s apartment.
According to a press release, investigators were observing a residence on Union Street after receiving an anonymous tip that Gary Santucci of Milford Massachusetts was intending to pick up a large amount of cocaine.
On September 17, officers observed Santucci drive to the apartment at 23 Union Street and enter the residence. After he left police stopped him and found 621 grams of cocaine stashed in a brown bag on the front passenger seat.
Investigators then received a search warrant for the apartment where they arrested Michael Roger, 27. Found inside the residence was an M-4 rifle, a .40 caliber Glock handgun, over $600 in cash, and an “assortment of narcotic related materials.”
Both Santucci and Rogers are being held without bail at the ACI.
