A teenage girl who was reported missing while swimming off the Narragansett coast Wednesday afternoon has been found, but her condition is unknown.
Authorities say the teen girl had been swimming with her father around 1:00p.m. when he lost sight of her. Teh Narragansett Fire Department along with the US Coast Guard eventually located the girl in an area known to trap swimmer. The girl was administered CPR and taken to the hospital.
Officials say the area is dangerous for swimmers, especially with the tide being high and the waves being choppy.
