Michael Sylvia, a recently graduated student at East Greenwich High School, received a standing ovation after making a short speech at his class commencement.
Sylvia has Cerebral Palsy, and says the vast majority of students throughout their school career are subject to some form of bullying. What he says next about East Greenwich is astounding.
