Little has changed in the Rhode Island housing market compared to 2014, according to a new report by RE/MAX of New England.
The new report shows compares the housing market from April of 2015 to this year and reveals stagnant growth with a slight loss in the median price of home.
According to RE/MAX, the median price of a home in Rhode Island in 2015 sat at $200,000; down from $204,950 last year.
While the decline of housing inventory and the amount of units sold stayed under one percent, the amount of pending sales rose from 1,065 in 2014 to 1,437.
