Rhode Island State Police announced the arrest of a Providence man for possession of child pornography.
Rudy Munoz, 31, was arrested Tuesday morning by State Troopers at his apartment at 120 Elmdale Avenue. An investigation had revealed explicit images and videos of children had been downloaded and transferred on an internet connection registered to Munoz.
Munoz faces up to five years in prison and a $5,000 fine.
