A woman has died after a fatal, early morning accident in Woonsocket, according to police.
Police responded to a call for a single motor vehicle accident at approximately 2:20am and on their arrival found the driver, 23-year-old Katherine Zullo of North Kingstown, lying on the ground.
Zullo was pronounced dead on the scene; police remained at the crash until at 9:00am.
The accident is currently under investigation.
