PROVIDENCE, R.I. (AP) – Gas prices are down again in Rhode Island and have fallen 5 cents per gallon in the past week.
A weekly survey released by AAA Southern New England on Monday says the average price of a gallon of regular was down to an average of $3.10 per gallon.
That’s 29 cents lower than at this time last year.
Nationally, the average price of a gallon of gas was $2.98 for regular unleaded, 12 cents lower than in Rhode Island.
