BERKLEY, Mass. (AP) – Authorities say a pilot was injured when a small plane crashed in Berkley.
The plane crashed at Myricks Airport at about 10:45 a.m. Tuesday.
The plane was upright, nose first, and completely intact in some woods to the side of the grass airfield. The FAA reports that the pilot lost control of the aircraft while attempting to land.
Police told the paper the pilot was taken to a hospital with minor injuries.
The incident is under investigation.
