Police in Central Falls announce the arrest and arraignment of seven “Johns” as the result of an undercover operation.
According to police, two female officers dressed as prostitutes in high traffic areas as a part of a sting operation.
Amado Hernandez, Joao Fernandes, Elmer Cante, Macario Serrano-Trejo, Elfego Giron and Eliecer Abril were all charged with soliciting sex. A seventh man, Leonard Pastore, was immediately arraigned and transported to the ACI on three additional outstanding warrants.
All the men received a trial date set for some time in October.
