A new Executive Director will be arriving at Roger Williams Park Zoo on July 1.

Jeremy Goodman brings to his new position 15 years of experience as a zoo veterinarian, assistant director and director. He most recently worked at Turtle Back Zoo in West Orange, New Jersey.  Goodman will also serve as executive director of the Rhode Island Zoological Society.

Goodman says one of his major focus areas will be identifying ways to improve on the guest experience while continuing to offer “a fascinating animal collection and exceptional education and conservation programs”.
