THEATER: Epic Theatre Company, a group that’s brand new on the scene, will present “The Edge of our Bodies,”starting tonight. The play is a one-woman drama that tackles issues like mortality, youth and the limits of the human spirit. FOR THE FAMILY:The First LEGO LEAGUE Rhode Island State Championship will be held at Roger Williams University on Saturday. The event is free and open to the public from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., and will be held in the University’s Recreation Center. DRINK: There’s a new brewery in town, and their doors are open for YOU. Foolproof Brewing Company in Pawtucket will host tours of their facility every weekend. Tours operate on a first-come, first-serve basis and cannot exceed 25 people. Those at the brewery recommend arriving early. Tour times are Fridays at 4:00 and 5:00 p.m., and Saturdays at 12:00, 1:00, 2:00, and 3:00 p.m. Tours take about one hour, and participants must be at least 21 years of age (bring your ID!).Tours are $10, which gets you a Foolproof glass, an overview of the brewing process, a tour of the brewery, and yes, beer samples! MUSIC: Calling all Johnny Cash fans! Terry Lee Goffee will impersonate the famous “Man in Black” tomorrow, Saturday, in one show only at the Stadium Theatre in Woonsocket.
