Grebien – Raimondo ‘misspoke’ when she said he criticized Hasbro

Pawtucket Mayor Don Grebien told WPRO’s Dan Yorke that he believes Governor Gina Raimondo ‘misspoke’ when she said that he criticized Hasbro in a press conference the day after Election Day last November. Raimondo had told WPRO’s Gene Valicenti earlier Monday that “I think that what’s in the best interest of the mayor is to make the positive case for Pawtucket, not necessarily to have press conferences criticizing the company.” LISTEN BELOW:

Grebien told Yorke Monday afternoon that “I’ve never been an adversary to Hasbro, and I would say to you that me and the citizens of Pawtucket are their number one fan. So I’m sure that the Governor made a misstatement.” LISTEN BELOW:
